吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔200例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoid. Analysis of 200 Cases

为探讨吻合器经肛门痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗痔的疗效，采用PPH治疗Ⅲ，Ⅲ期内痔和混合痔200例，平均手术时间21min，平均住院4．5d。术后发生尿潴留16例（8．0％），吻合口出血3例（1．5％），大便带血35例（17．5％），术后1个月出现吻合口狭窄2例（1．o％），女性患者无1例发生直肠阴道瘘，无盆腔严重感染。结果表明，PPH是治疗痔较为合理和有效的方法。

Two hundreds patients with mixed hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids of Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages were surgically treated with PPH. As results, the mean operative time was 21 minutes, the mean hospital stay was 4.5 days,postoperative urine retention occurred in 16 cases （8.0%）, anastomotic bleeding in 3 cases （1.5%） ,hematochezia in 35 cases （17.5%）,anastomotic stricture in 2 cases in postoperation one month （1.0%）, and no rectovaginal fistula and severe pelvic infection were found. It is concluded that PPH is a effective and rational procedure in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
