PPH加硬化剂注射术治疗直肠前突

PPH plus Sclerosing Agent Injection in the Treatment of Rectocele

为了探讨直肠前突更有效的治疗方法，采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）加硬化剂注射术治疗直肠前突25例，结果症状完全消失9例，明显改善14例，改善2例，无感染、直肠阴道瘘等并发症。总有效率100％。结果表明，PPH加硬化剂注射术治疗直肠前突效果明显，具有安全、手术时间短、患者痛苦小、康复快等优点。

PPH plus sclerosing agent injection was conducted to treat rectocele of 25 patients. As results, complete cure was achieved in 9 cases,marked improvement in 14 cases,and improvement in 2 cases. There were no complications as infection and rectovaginal fistula. The total effective rate was 100%. It is concluded that the therapeutic results of PPH plus sclerosing agent injection are prominent in the treatment of rectocele and this new procedure is safe and simple in operation,less in pain and quicker in recovery.
