PPH术后并发症及其处理

PPH Complications and their Management

为提高对吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）并发症的认识及处理水平，对PPH治疗重度环状痔19例的并发症进行分析。1例并发尿潴留，导尿后次日拔除尿管；1例出血，保守治疗后痊愈；2例术后肛门明显疼痛，对症治疗后缓解。并发症发生率21％。随访5～20个月效果良好。PPH虽然安全、有效、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短和恢复快，但应注意术后并发症的防治，如处理不当可导致严重后果，应引起足够的重视。

The experiences on the management of the complications of PPH treatment for severe circumferential hemorrhoids in 19 patients were summarized in an attempt to improve PPH treatment. Of the 19 eases,urine retention occurred in 1 case and thus catheterization was applied for one day; hemorrhage occurred in 1 case,thus conservative treatment was applied,and the patient got cured then after;and markedly anal pain occurred in 2 cases, which was relieved by expectant treatment. The total complication occurrence rate was 21.0%. Follow up of 5-20 monthes showed that the therapeutic results were good. It is concluded that PPH treatment is safe, effective, less in pain , shorter in hospital stay and quicker in recovery, hut PPH complications are worthy of attention so as to prevent from severe outcome due to wrong management.
