肛管引流管缓解痔术后并发症的临床观察

Postoperative Anal Rubber Tube Drainage：Alleviation of Complications after Hemorrhoidal Operations

为了缓解混合痔术后24h并发症的临床症状，将120例行混合痔内痔结扎、外痔切除手术的患者分为两组。治疗组60例，术后肛管内置橡胶引流管；对照组60例，术后常规用止血纱条。结果显示，治疗组在预防术后出血与对照组疗效相似，但在缓解术后疼痛、水肿、腹胀、排尿困难、肛门下坠感方面明显优于对照组。结果表明，肛管内置橡胶引流管对混合痔内痔结扎、外痔切除手术患者术后24h内并发症有缓解作用，且操作安全简单。

The objective of this study was to alleviate the complications 24 hours after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Sixty patients who had undergone ligation for the internal hemorrhoids and resection for the external hemorrhoids received anal drainage（setting rubber tube in anal canal）（the trial group）,the other 60 patients who also had undergone the same hemorrhoid operations received routine hemostatic gauze management （the control group）. As results,postoperative hemorrhage prevention was all most the same in the two groups, while such things as alleviations of postoperative pain, edema, abdominal distension, dysuria and anal tenesmus were better in the trial group. It is concluded that anal rubber tube drainage is simple and has an alleviating impact on postoperative complications 24 hours after surgical treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids （ligation for internal hemorrhoids and resection for external hemorrhoids）.
