论化工行业协会在应对技术性贸易壁垒中的作用

A discussion on the roles which chemical industry associations play in coping with technical barriers to trade

化工行业是国民经济的基础产业和支柱产业,也是对外贸易摩擦最多的行业之一。我国目前应对技术壁垒的体系尚不完善,政府作用受限,企业大多又处于散兵游勇的状态,急需行业协会充分发挥作用,联合政府、企业积极应对国外日益高标准的技术壁垒,组织国内企业有序、有效的参与国际竞争,保证中国经济的持续腾飞。

Chemical industry is the fundamental and pillar industry in national economy and also one of the industries with the most frictions in China＇ s foreign trade. However, the current system of coping with technical barriers is imperfect in China, the functions of the government are constrained, and many companies are not cooperative together. Therefore a full play to the chemical industry associations must be given,which could unite the government and companies to cope with increasingly strict foreign technical barriers, as well as organize domestic companies to participate in international competition orderly and effectively. Thus China＇s economy may maintain prosperous.
