Key technologies and research schemes for submerged pumps for liquefied natural gas

摘要 分析了液化天然气(LNG)潜液泵的关键技术:包括密封、电机的冷却及润滑、LNG泵内的汽蚀防范以及推力自平衡技术(TEM)等。提出了我国自主研发的技术攻关方案,建议从LNG潜液泵电气设备和泵体部件研发2个方面展开研究,为包括LNG潜液泵在内的低温液体输送泵自主研发提供参考。 The key technologies for submerged pump for liquefied natural gas(LNG) including seal technique for electrical motor, cooling and lubrication of submerged motor and Thrust Equalizing Mechanism (TEM) are discussed in this literature. Further more,the research schemes are also proposed in the paper. It is suggested that the key problems concerned with pump body and submerged cryogenic motor should be firstly investigated. It is expected that this paper would provide some references for developing our own patented submerged motor LNG pumps.
