摘要
通过对12V240Z型柴油机机体筋板断裂状况及隔板对接焊修后出现的二次开裂现象进行分析。根据机务段的具体情况,改革筋板焊修工艺。把原来的机体筋板对接焊修改变为补板搭接塞孔+齿形焊修。
Based on analysis of the frame rib cracking and re-cracking after its butt welding, improvement was made for the technique for the rib welding repair. The butt welding for the frame rib has been changed into the combination of overlapping with patches to fill in the hole and tooth welding repair.
