摘要 高职护理专业开发多元文化校本课程是社会发展以及护理专业建设和课程改革的必然要求。多元文化校本课程开发的出发点是有利于学生专业学习,促进多元文化护理能力的形成,体现鲜明的区域文化特色。其课程体系框架由《世界宗教艺术文化史》、《跨文化交际(英语)》、《多元文化护理》三门选修课群和综合实践活动构成。三门选修课群体现了对学生系统知识链的搭建和能力层梯度的培养,综合活动实践是三门选修课群的延伸和补充。 Development of multicultural school-based curriculum of nursing specialty in higher vocational school is the inevitable demand of social development and the building and curriculum reform of nursing specialty.The starting point of developing multicultural school-based curriculum is to help students learn,promote the formation of the multi cultural nursing ability and display distinct regional culture.Its curriculum framework constitute from Art Cultural History of World Religions,Cross-cultural Communication(English),Diversity Cultural Nursing three elective courses and comprehensive practical activities.Three elective course group embodies the construction of knowledge chain system and cultivation of capacity gradient of students,and comprehensive practice activities is the extension and supplementary of three elective course group.
