摘要 炎症是具有血管系统的活体组织对损伤因子所发生的防御性反应,参与多种疾病的发病过程。细胞信号传导通路中的多种关键酶和因子参与其中,如核因子NF-κB、丝裂原激活蛋白酶(p38MAPk)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)以及在γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和生长激素信号传导途径上起关键作用的STAT核蛋白家族等。研究发现,从植物中提取得到的多种天然产物都具有抗炎活性,而成为许多药物研究者的工作重点和中心。对近两年来文献中报道的,具有明确化学结构,并且在体内外实验中显示有确切抗炎作用的天然产物进行了整理和综述。
