我国矿区生态恢复重大问题的思考

本文指出了我国矿山生态恢复积累的众多问题,测算出环境恢复需要的巨额投入;在分析现行法律法规的缺陷及多部门分别做出矿山生态恢复规划的情况下,提出了化解上述问题的建议。

This paper pointed out that accumulated many questions about China＇s mine ecological restoration, estimates the huge investments that environmental restoration needs. Based on the analysis of the defects of existing laws and regulations and mine ecological recovery plannings that many section maked respectively , bring forward proposal to resolve the above problems.
