Research on mineral processing technology for the lead-zinc ore in the west of Sichuan

摘要 该铅锌矿矿物嵌布特征复杂,铅锌矿物粒度粗细不一,闪锌矿中含有微细粒方铅矿和黄铜矿。经试验研究,该铅锌矿易混合浮选但难分离。由于混合精矿售价较低,应用户要求进行铅锌分离,看能否分离出一种单独合格精矿。本文对其进行了详细的物质组成和铅锌分离试验研究,通过混合浮选-再磨-铅锌分离工艺,可以获得两种产品,一种为高质量的铅精矿,含铅65%以上,另一种为Pb+Zn大于55%的混合精矿,提高了该铅锌矿的工业价值。 Dissemination character of the lead-zinc ore is complicated, the granularity of its mineral is different and the sphalerite consists of galena and chalcopyrite. The results of the experiment manifest that the lead-zinc ore is suitable for bulk flotation instead of single separation. On account of the low price and Yielding to demands from the user, we perform the experiment to separate the lead mineral and the zinc mineral and find whether a qualified single concentrate could be separated. The test consists of the detailed physical makeup research and the study on the separation of lead and zinc. By the technology such as bulk flotation-the second milling-the separation of lead and zinc, two products are obtained. One is the high quality lead concentrate which contains more than 65 percent of lead, the other is bulk concentrate which contains more than 55 percent of lead-zinc. This has advanced the commercial value of the lead-zinc ore.
