摘要
作者系统研究了黑纹粉蝶越夏蛹和越冬蛹体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的变化。结果表明:滞育蛹在滞育期间CAT活力与温度密切相关,越夏蛹在越夏期间CAT活力处在低水平是夏季高温所致,而越冬蛹在越冬期间CAT活力处在高水平是冬季低温所致。滞育蛹的CAT活力明显低于同期的非滞育蛹。本试验结果有助于理解高温能够抑制该虫滞育的发育,而低温则促进了滞育的发育这一生理现象。
The changes of catalase (CAT) activity in estiva ting and hibernating pupae of striated white butterfly Pieris melete Menetries were systematically tested. The results showed that there was closely negative relationship between the CAT activity of diapausing pupae and the temperature. The facts of low CAT activity of estivating pupae and high CAT activity of hibernating pupae during their diapausing period indicated that low temperature has decreased and high temperature has enhanced the CAT activity. Despite the CAT activity of diapausing pupae was obviously lower than that of non-diapausing ones, there were no significant differences in larval and prepupal stages between diapausing and non-diapausing populations.
