复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿试验研究 被引量:62

摘要 针对某地含银铜铅锌多金属硫化矿易浮难分、嵌布粒度极不均匀的特点,采用优先浮选工艺流程,以硫化钠消除次生铜离子的影响,组合药剂浮选铜铅锌,铜铅粗精矿再磨显著提高铜铅锌分选效果,获得了较佳的分选指标,铜精矿含铜23.44%、回收率88.83%,铅精矿含铅54.43%、回收率84.28%,锌精矿含锌55.72%、回收率83.72%。 A certain silver-containing muhimental sulphide ore is treated by prior floatation technique on this paper. Based on the characteristic that the mineral is easily-floated but hard-separated and the mineral size is distributed overly differently, after eliminating the effect of copper ions by sodium sulfide ,the copper,lead , zinc is floated by compounding depressant and compounding collector one by one. The floatation result is greatly improved by regrinding the coarse copper concentrate and coarse lead concentrate. Better processing indexes are reached ,the copper concentrate is updated with copper grade 23.44% and recovery 88.83%;the lead concentrate is updated with lead grade 54.43% and recovery 84.28% ;the zinc concentrate is updated with zinc grade 55.72% and recovery 83.72%.
