摘要
目前桦树沟矿区无底柱崩落采矿过程中,按现在的崩落步距,矿石放出不充分,端部损失大;中深孔爆破炸药分布不均匀,爆破后矿石块矿率较低。通过采矿参数优化在不增加回采成本的情况下,可减少采场二次爆破,提高矿石块矿率,有利于采矿与选矿生产;同时,崩矿步距减小后,使其与出矿设备的铲装深度相匹配,减少超前贫化和端部损失,改善矿石的流动性,有利于提高矿石回采率。
During sublevel caving mining in Huashugou mining area, use of existing caving spacings results in incomplete ore-drawing ,high end-ore loss, non-uniform distribution of explosives in the blasting with medium-and deepholes and low proportion of qualified blasted ore blocks. By using optimized parameters, the second blasting is decreased and the proportion of qualified blasted ore blocks increased thus being favorable for the production of ore mining and mineral processing. After using reduced caving spacings, the access depth of shoveling and loading equipment is matchable with these spacings. Because of decreased advance dilution and end-ore loss and improved ore flow ability, the ore recovery has been increased. Key
