摘要 提出以系统效率最高确定的勺容比作为电铲与卡车选型优化的基本准则,以总生产成本最低作为设备选型优化目标的单斗—卡车匹配综合优化新方法;给出以电铲与卡车单位生产能力折旧费用之比作为两者权重之比,通过电铲作业时间利用率、卡车载重利用率和卡车作业时间利用率来确定系统效率的计算方法。以黑岱沟露天煤矿的具体条件为基础进行了实例研究,得出不同物料性质采用不同型号电铲的优化的组合方案。 In this paper, a new method for comprehensive optimization of truck-to-shovel matching is put forward. In this method, the ratio of truck box size to bucket size whose system efficiency is the highest is taken as the basic criterion for optimization of shovel and truck type selection. In addition, a calculative method for determining the system efficiency by utilizations of shovel and truck~ work time and truck carrying capacity is proposed in which the ratio of depreciation cost of shovel and truck unit throughput capacity is taken as their importance degrees. An actual example based on the concrete conditions of Heidaigou coal openpit is studied and an optimized combined project of using different types of shovel for different characteristics of material is gotten.
