塑料排水板排水固结工艺在尾矿坝软基处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 江西铜业股份有限公司武山铜矿新建尾矿库地处赤湖湾,1号尾矿坝地基下卧深厚淤泥质粘土,最厚处达14m。采用土工合成材料—塑料排水板排水固结工艺处理尾矿坝软基取得了成功。与传统处理工艺相比,不仅降低了工程造价,缩短了工期,并避免了因软基处理造成的环境污染。为在深厚淤泥质土层上构建尾矿坝及其它同类工程提供了借鉴和设计经验,同时为土工合成材料在尾矿坝软基处理中的应用提供了成功实践,具有推广价值。 The new-built tailing clam in Wushan Copper Mine is located at Chihu bay. There is a thick layer of silt clay under the foundation of 1^# tailing clam and its maximum thickness is 14 m. With the application of geosynthetic-Plastic Drain Bar Drainage Consolidating Process ,the tailing clam is successfully built on the soft soil foundation. Compared with traditional treating process, this process can not only reduce the cost, but also shorten the construction period. Besides it avoids the environmental pollution caused by treating the soft soil foundation. It provides the reference and design experience for the similar tailing clam which needs to be built on thick silt clay, and sets a successful example using geosynthetic in the treatment of tailing clam soft soil foundation. This process is valuable for popularization.
