论女性主义对教师专业化的批判及启示 被引量:2

摘要 女性主义者主要对教师专业化中"专业化"的起源、"教师专业化"的哲学基础、教师专业化标准以及学校教师人事结构等方面中蕴涵的男性价值倾向进行了批判。由此带来启示:关注女性的权益,宣传社会性别公平化的教师教育理念;推动男女平等的教师教育改革,注重男女性别特质优势的合理发挥;加强我国女性教师专业发展的理论研究与实践间的联系。
