摘要 在教师共同体中推动教师职业发展是教师教育改革的新趋势。分别论述了教师共同体提出的背景、概念、基本特征,并着重分析了教师共同体对教师职业发展在提供资源、分享经验、形成个人实践知识、推动反思等四个方面具有重要的价值,指出建立教师共同体关键条件是重建学校的组织文化。
