摘要
在大豆品种早-12短日(SD)成花诱导期间,初生叶及顶芽内游离氨基酸含量均比连续光照(CL)下的高。对初生叶及顶芽内各游离氨基酸组分的分析结果表明,多数氨基酸在SD诱导第2天(2SD)含量均较高,作为重要中间代谢产物的谷氨酸(Clu)和天冬氨酸(Asp),SD诱导第2天的含量明显比CL下的高,2SD下顶芽内精氨酸(Arg)含量为2CL(连续照光2天)的2.5倍。
During floral induction period in soybean Zao-12 (Glycine max L. cv. Zao 12), the concentration of total free amino acids in primary leaves and apical buds under short-day (SD light/dark 9h/15h) were keeping higher level than that under continuous-light (CL light/dark 24h/0h). Among all kinds of free amino acids, the contents of glutamic acid and aspartic acid in primary leaves and apical buds growing under 2SD were higher than that growing under 2CL, this demonstrated that Glu and Asp might play an important role in cooperation the balance of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in induced plant. The concentration of arginine in apical buds under 2SD was 2.5 times compared with 2CL.
