摘要
通过四个对东北大豆花叶病毒3号株系(173强毒株)的感×抗杂交组合的F1、F2和回交BC1群体的成株抗性分析,明确了四个创新抗源的遗传特点及其应用价值。哈91R3-182、哈91R3-188,其抗性是由两对互补隐性基因控制的,F2抗感分离比例为7∶9;哈91R3-301,哈91R3-310其成株抗性是由两对互补显性基因控制的,F2代抗感分离比例为9∶7,这四份种质可作为东北地区抗SMV育种的理想抗源。
Heredity charactersistics and utiliration value of 4 parents resistant to Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) had been revealed by and analysis of F 1、F 2 and BC 1 population from the crosses among them. Ha 91R 3-182, Ha 91R 3-188 had two recessive complamentary genes resistant to No. Ⅲ strain of SMV. The segregation ratio in F 2 between resistant and susceptible was 7∶9. Ha 91R 3-310 had two dominant complemtary genes contralling resistance to No. Ⅲ strain of SMV, the segregation ratio in F 2 between resistant and susceptible was 9∶7. The four soybean germplasm are highly resistant germplasms for breeding of soybean resistance to SMV in Northeast areas.
