大秦线运输组织技术研究

Technical Research on the Transport Organization of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway

按照铁道部统一部署和要求,太原铁路局从制定年度运输方案、加强货源组织和装车点建设、组织增开2万t列车、调整列车运行图和优化运输组织方案、做好施工组织、抓好卸车工作等方面入手,积极进行研究探索,不断创新思维方式和运输组织模式,加强集疏运一体化建设,使大秦线年运量从1亿t的设计运量提高到2007年的3亿t。

According to the general deployment and requirements of MOR and meanwhile by mapping out annual traffic plan, enhanc- ing freight organization and construction of the loading terminal, launching the 20,000t unit train and adjusting the train running diagram, Taiyuan Railway Administration has well fulfilled the construction organization and unloading work, constantly innovated traffic organization mode and promoted the port & railway integration, which increases the traffic volume to 300 million tons in 2007comparing with the 100 million tons originally designed.
