摘要
采用室内平板测定、温室盆栽试验和田间小区试验相结合的方法,测定了聚氨基葡萄糖(Chitosan)对大豆根腐病菌Fusarium、Pythium、Rhizoctonia、Phytophthora的抑菌作用;评价了Cn对大豆根腐的生防效果。试验结果表明,在PDA培养基上Cn对根腐病菌有一定的抑制作用。用Cn处理大豆种子,大豆根腐病的发病率和病情指数明显下降,防效达42.6-46.9%。同时Cn可促进大豆根系生长,植株生长健壮,单株荚数、粒数、粒重增加,可增产11.7%。
By taking the methods of indoor dish culture test, pot culture experiment in green house, and experiment of field plot, the inhibiting effect of chitosan on soybean root rot pathogens: Fusarium, pythium, rhizoctonia, phytophthora was determined. The biocontrol effect of Chitosan on soybean root rot was appraised. The result showed: Chitosan had definite inhibiting effect on soybean root rot in PDA dish culture. In Chitosan soybean seed treatment the disease incidence and index of disease of soybean root rot dropped obviously, the control effect was42.6-46.9%. At the same time, Chitosan could promote growth of soybean root rot plant growth more healthy and No.of pods per plant, No. of seeds per plant, seed weight increased, soybean yield increased 11.7%.
