论大学核心竞争力的管理

Discussion on the Management of Core Competence of University

我国学者对大学核心竞争力的研究仅重视大学核心竞争力的识别、培育和提升等问题，却忽视了有关大学核心竞争力的管理问题。文章提出，大学核心竞争力的管理包括识别、构建、扩散、整合、保护和更新六个主要环节，任何旨在谋求持续竞争优势的大学都必须重视和加强大学核心竞争力的管理。

Research on core competence of university in China emphasized on recognition, cultivation and exaltation of core competence of university,but its management are often neglected. This thesis concludes six procedures of core competence management in university as recognition,construction, diffusion, conformity,protection and updating. Any university looks for persistent competence preponderance should attach importance to the management of core competence of university.
