摘要
20世纪90年代以来，美国公立高校收费偏高的问题逐渐突显出来，并成为美国高等教育改革的中心议题之一。财政拨款的减少导致学费迅速增加，并对高等教育机会均等和教育质量产生了负面影响。分析美国公立高校收费政策之变化及其带来的影响，可以对我国改革高校经费体制，建立灵活多样的收费政策有所帮助。
Since the 1990s, high tuition in public colleges and universities in United States has gradually become a flash point, it also has become one of the central topics in the reform of higher education. The decline of financial allocation leads to rapid increase in tuition fees. It also has a negative impact on the equalization of enrollment and the quality of higher education. Analysis of the tuition policies in public colleges and universities in US and its influences can help us in reforming our country's funds system and set up more flexible tuition policies.
