摘要
在长期野外调查研究过程中,我们研制了适合于浅水内成蚊前期定量研究的工具-试验筒和适合于深水内的工具-试验网,并用这些工具研究了稻田和水塘内中华按蚊的孵化率、成蚊前期发育历期和存活率。同时研制了具有特征性的大试验笼,用这些试验笼定量研究了自然界中华按蚊的羽化、吸血、产卵、存活和预期寿命,求出成蚊在自然界的最大寿命和潜在传疟能力。这些研究工具不仅便于在自然界内作中华按蚊的定量研究,而且也可在多种蚊虫自然种群的定量研究中推广应用。
During the long-period research in the fields, we invented the tools for quantitative research for pre adult mosquitoes-experimental barrels to be used in the shallow water and experimental nets to be used in the deep water. By these experimental tools, we studied the hatching rate, growth period and survival rate of pre-adult stage An. sinensis in paddy fields and ponds. We also invented the specific experimental cages bigger than usual. Using these experimental cages, we studied the emergence, bloodsucking, oviposition, survival and expected life of An. sinensis in nature, and calculated the longest life-span and the potential capacity of malaria transmission. The tools could be well used not only in quantitative research of natural An. sinensis population, but also in the research of other mosquitos in nature.
