摘要
在分析传统基于岗位的培训方案设计存在的问题的基础上,指出基于胜任力的组织培训体系能够有效解决传统培训的困境和难题,用实际的案例就如何构建和运用基于胜任力的培训与开发体系进行了深入探讨。
This article analyzes the problems of trainning system designing based on posts. Then the article puts forward the idea that trainning system designing should be established based on competency. After that the article discusses how to build new trainning system based on competency.
