摘要
建立了本实验室检测参数条件下大鼠闪光视诱发电位(FVEP)方法,并应用于42例慢性铅染毒大鼠FVEP研究。试验显示大鼠FVEP稳定,波形特征和人基本相似。染毒大鼠血铅及脑铅含量分别为281.1±10.4μg/L、86.3±11.5μg/L时,FVEP波形特征发生了显著改变,并具有剂量依赖关系。
An new experimental method was utilized to detect flash visual evoked potential(FVEP) of chronic lead exposure rats.The experimental data indicated that the FVEP wave of rat is similar to that of human′s.When the blood lead level>281.1±10.4μg·L -1 or brain lead level>86.3±11.5μg·L -1 ,the character decrease in a dose dependent manner.The result suggested that this method was valuable in early diagnosis of lead toxication at subclinical level.
