摘要
用细胞内固定微电极技术观察了硫酸亚铁对豚鼠心肌慢反应动作电位的作用。硫酸亚铁0.1~0.2mmol.L-1能显著减慢AP的Vmax和APA,对高K+诱发的慢AP尚有抑制作用。并可对抗哇巴因诱发的豚鼠心室肌振荡后电位。结果表明。
The effects of FeSO 4 on slow action potentials of guinea pigs were studied with intracellular microelectrodes.FeSO 4 0.1~0.2mmol.L -1 decreased the maximal upstroke velocity (V max ) and the amplitude of slow action potentials.An inhibitory influence of FeSO 4 on the action potential amplitude was observed in papillary muscles superfused with Tyrode′s solution containing high K +.FeSO 4 inhibited the guinea pig papillary muscle oscillatory afterpotential induced by ouabain.The results suggest that FeSO 4 possesses calcium antagonistic effect.
