X射线照射大鼠腹部塑造脾气虚模型的研究

Study on the Spleen-deficiency model made by the irradiation of X-rays on abdomen of rats

笔者采用Ｘ射线照射大鼠腹部导致慢性脾虚的实用性病证相结合的动物模型。动物出现一系列典型的脾气虚征候群，符合脾气虚证的一些生化、组织学指标相应变化。造模大鼠后Ｄ－木糖血清浓度明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），经健脾益胃中药治疗后，Ｄ－木糖浓度恢复接近正常值，并可使脾气虚症状及其他异常生化指标也得到相应恢复。证明该模型符合中医脾虚证研究的设计要求。

In order to prevent and cure the toxic and side reaction of tumor chemotheray with TCM,we use the method of irradiated with X-ray in abdomen of rat to reproduce chronic model of insufficicncy of the speen-qi which pertain to animal model of combanation disease with syndrome of TCM.Rat was fixed in irradiated box,and irradiating centrer located in infrasternal angle.Firing area was 3×3cm firing range was 50cm,voltage was 10 megavolt,firing time was 1 minute.Irradiating dose was 250rad every time,tow times together.The interval time was 7days.Rat showed a series of typical syndrome of insufficiency of spleen-qi some corresponding changes of biochemical and histological intex after 10days irradiated by X-ray.The serum density of D-Xylose was 47.5± 3.8 mg/dl( P <0.01) after reprodocing model,and by way of remeding wity drug of strengthening the spleen-qi and replenishing-qi,the serum density of D-xylose return to normal ualue and symptoms of insufficiency of spleen-qi and other abnormal biochemical and histological intex could be removed.The study prove this model come up to the design demand of studing in sufficiency of spleen-qi,meanwhile,this model provided with some practical ualue.
