摘要
探讨YD5103EG型平底锭子在紧密纺纱生产中的使用效果。分析了高速纺纱和紧密纺纱对锭子的性能要求,介绍了YD51系列平底锭子的结构特点,对YD5103EG型平底锭子运转时的振动情况及纺纱质量进行了测试。结果表明:采用YD5103EG型平底锭子纺制CJ 9.7 tex紧密纱,速度提高至17 000 r/m in时成纱质量稳定;平底锭子比普通锭子空载电流减小,在空管、中大纱时的振幅小,锭间差异小。认为YD5103EG型平底锭子具有高速稳定、低耗节能的特点,指出了高速锭子使用中应注意的问题。
The effect of YD5103EG type flat-bottom spindle in compact spinning production was discussed. The proformance demand of high-speed spinning and compact spinning toward spindle were analysed and the structural characterictics of YD531 series flat-bottom spindle were introduced, its vibrating condition in operating and spinning yarn quality were tested as well. The result shows that for CJ 9.7 rex compact yarn which was spun by YD5103EG type fiatbottom spindle, when the spinning speed is reaching 17 000r/min the yarn quality is stable, the no-load current of flatbottom spindle is smaller than that of normal spingle, when the bobbin is empty or the yarn is more than half bobbin, the amplitude and the difference among spindles were smaller. It is considered that YD5103EG type flat-bottom spindle possess the properties of high speed, stable and low-energy-consuming. The problems that should be noticed in production toward high speed spindle are pointed out as well.
