Key Technology of High Tightness Cotton Satin Drill in Production

探讨在喷气织机上生产高紧度纯棉特细号直贡缎的织部工艺和技术措施。选用的原纱强力及强力不匀必须达到工艺指标,才能满足喷气织机的织造要求;整经工序要注意操作方法,避免产生"辫子纱";浆纱工序要严格按顺序调浆,并确保浆料配方中PVA的聚合度达到1 300左右;织造工序采用早开口、中引纬、大张力的工艺原则,适当增加捕边纱根数,检查探纬器的灵敏度,可使织机的下机一等品率达到75%,织机效率达到85%。

The weaving processing and technology measures of high tightness superfine cotton satin drill in air-jet loom production were dicussed. The demands of air-jet loom could be fullfiled untill the strength of raw yarn and unevenness reach the processing standards. In warping process operating method should be noticed to avoid kinky yarn, in sizing process size agent should be mixed in order strictly to make sure the polymerization degree of PVA in sizing formula reach about 1300, in weaving process, early shedding, middle-inserting weft, large tension were adopted. The number of side ends can be added rationally and the sensitivity of the detector should be improved as well, which could make first grade percentage before cloth repairing reaching 75% , weaving efficiency can be enhanced to 85%.
