二氢苯甘氨酸邓氏盐及有关物质的HPLC测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF DIHYDROPHENYLGLYCINE DANE SALT AND ITS RELATED SUBSTANCES

以ＤＬ－苯丙氨酸为内标，采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定Ｄ－２－氨基－２－（１，４－环己二烯基）乙酸钠乙酰乙酸甲酯烯亚胺及有关物质的含量。方法简便、快速、结果准确。

HPLC was used for determining D 2 amino 2 (1,4 cyclohexadienyl) acetic acid sodium acetoacetic acid methyl ester enamine(Dane salt) of dihydrophenylglycine (DHDS) and its related substances with ODS column after hydrolysis.The mobile phase was pH 4.1 phosphate buffer.DL phenylalanine was used as the internal standard,205 nm as detection wavelength.The average recoveries of DHDS,phenylglycine Dane salt(PGDS) and tetrahydrophenylglycine Dane salt(THDS) were 99.2%,100.3% and 101.1%.The RSD values were below 1.0%.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
