摘要
在合成醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的基础上,确定了作为交联剂的醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的最佳配比。主要阐述了醚化三聚氰胺树脂与基体树脂的交联机理,并将合成的中醚化三聚氰胺树脂同实验室自制的丙烯酸改性环氧树脂复配,分析了两种树脂中主要交联基团的含量以及复配时的合适比例范围。考察了涂膜固化条件,并用红外光谱分析了涂膜的固化反应。
This paper narrates the syntheses of etherified melamine-formaldehyde resin and the determination of optimum ratio when it is used as cross-linker; mainly presents the mechanism of etherified melamine-formaldehyde resin crosslinked with matrix resin and studies the blending of obtained medium methyl-etherification amino resin with self-made acrylic modified epoxy resin; analyzes the content of cross-link groups in the two resins and appropriate ratio range; studies the curing conditions and investigates the curing reaction of film by infrared spectrum.
