摘要 目的对欧地笋地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从该植物地上部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为棕榈酸、齐墩果酸、β-谷甾醇、2,5-二甲基-7-羟基色原酮、槲皮素、山奈酚、胡萝卜苷。结论该7个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study the chemical constituents of the Aril of Lycopus europaeus Linn. Methods These compounds were separated using chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by means of MS,1^H- NMR and 13^C-NMR spectral method respectively. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the plant. They were identified as palmatic acid, oleanolic acid,β-sitosterol, 2,5-dimethyl-7-hydroxychromone, qurcetin, kaempferol, daucosterol. Conclusion Seven compounds were obtained for the first time from this plant.
