摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方氨息香酊中苯甲酸和樟脑的含量。方法以XDB-C18为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相;检测波长为288nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为25℃。结果苯甲酸和樟脑分别在0.032~0.160mg、0.008~0.040mg范围内线性关系良好,r值分别为0.9997、0.9994,平均回收率分别为99.48%、99.69%,RSD分别为0.4%、0.9%。结论方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于复方氨息香酊中苯甲酸和樟脑的含量测定。
Aim An HPLC method was developed to determine the content of benzoic acid and camphor in Compound Benzoic Acid Tincture. Methods It was determined on an XDB C18 column,using methylalcohol-water(60: 40)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,and detected at 288nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear relation of the peak area of benzoic acid was determined as 0. 032 -0. 160mg by HPLC with a regression coefficient of 0. 999 7. The average recovery rate was 99.48%, RSD =0.4%. The linear relation of the peak area of camphor was determined as 0. 008 - 0. 040mg by HPLC with a regression coefficient of 0. 999 4 and the average recovery rate was 99.69%, RSD =0.9%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of benzoic acid and camphor in Compound Benzoic Acid Tincture.
