RP-HPLC法测定鼻炎口服液中木兰脂素的含量

RP-HPLC Determination of the Magnolin in Biyan Oral Solution

目的建立鼻炎口服液中木兰脂素含量的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法采用ShimpackVP-ODS色谱柱:(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(35∶2∶63);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:278nm;柱温:室温;峰面积外标法定量。结果木兰脂素在0.64～6.40μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.39%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。结论该方法测定样品分离度佳,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。

Aim To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of Magnolin in Biyan Oral Solution. Meth- ods Shimpack VP-ODS （4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water （35 ： 2 ： 63 ） as the mobile phase;flow rate was 1.0ml/min detected at 278nm and column temperature at 25℃. The external standard method was adopted for the assay. Results The injection quantity of Magnolin presented a good linear range of 0.64 - 6.40μg. （ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.39%, RSD =0.73% （ n =6）. Conclusions The method is good in terms of separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
