摘要
采用蒸汽压渗透计法和超离心法对有抗病毒感染和辐射防护作用的柴胡多糖进行分子量测定,得出其数均分子量Mn为8033,重均分子量Mw为8990,分散度D为0.89,该多糖的分子量分布较为均一。
Vapour pressure osmometer (VPO) and ultracentriscanfugal methods were used in measuring molecular weight of Bupleurum polysaccharide,an efficient antivirus and antiradiation constituent. Number average molecu lar weight ( [AKM-〗 n ) is 8033 and weight average molecular weight ( [AKM-〗 w ) is 8990.The calculated dissipation degree ( D ) is 0.89,implying that the molecular weight distribution is narrow.
