高效液相色谱法测定不同产地茵陈中绿原酸的含量 被引量:9

摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地茵陈中绿原酸的含量,考察不同产地的茵陈的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SunFireTMC18柱(4.6mm×150μm,5μm);检测波长为327nm;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87);流速为1ml/min,柱温为室温。结果本实验测定采集时间为2006年3月份产地为山西苛岚、河北承德、山东胶南的茵陈中绿原酸含量分别为0.320%、0.280%、0.297%,并且测定绿原酸含量的线性范围为0.1~0.6μg,r=0.9997(n=6),平均加样回收率为96.02%,RSD为0.28%。结论不同产地的茵陈中绿原酸的含量存在差异;该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为茵陈中绿原酸的含量测定方法。 Aim To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia capillaris produced in different areas by HPLC. Methods HPLC method was used. The column was SunFire^TM C18 (4.6mm × 150μm,5 μm) . The detection wavelength was 327nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid ( 13:87 ). Results The content of chlorogenic acid was 0.320% for Artemisia capillaries grown in Kelan in Shanxi ,0.280% for those grown in Chengde in Hebei and 0. 297% for those grown in Jiannan in Shandong. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.1 -0.6μg, r =0. 999 7( n =6). The average recovery of the method was 96.02% , RSD =0.28%. Conclusion The content of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia capillaris varies across areas areas. This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used to determine the chlorogenic acid in artemisia capillaries.
