摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素和水杨酸含量。方法色谱柱为C18(150mm×3.9mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(0.01mmol·L-1,pH3.5)-甲醇(55∶45);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为278nm;柱温为25℃。结果氯霉素、水杨酸分别在4.08~40.8μg.ml-1(r=0.9989)、7.76~77.6μg·ml-1(r=0.9990)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.5%、100.1%,RSD分别为0.52%、0.66%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for content determination of Chloramphenicol and Salicylic acid in Chloramphenicol Lotion Compound. Methods The separation was performed on an C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of KH2PO4 buffer (0.01mmol·L^-1 ,pH3.5)-methanol(55: 45) with a flow rate at 1.0ml/min and detection wavelength at 278nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results A good linear relation for Chloramphenicol and Salicylic acid was in the range of 4.08 -40.8μg·ml^-1, r =0. 998 9), and 7.76 -77.6μg·ml^-1 ( r =0. 999 0) respectively. The average recovery was 100.5% ( RSD =0.66% )and 100.1% ( RSD =0.52%, n =9) ,respectively. Conclusions This method was simple, accurate, rapid, reproducible and suitable for the determination.
