转型期以来我国经济增长与就业增长相偏离现象分析

Inconsistency between economic growth and employment growth in the transition period of China

在我国转型期内,由于经济体制改革、产业结构调整和技术进步等诸多因素,造成我国经济增长与就业增长出现了不一致的现象。本文从劳动力的供给和需求及政府调控因素等方面解释了这种现象的形成原因,并在此基础上,提出了促进我国经济与就业同步增长的相关政策建议。

The transition period of China sees an inconsistency between economic growth and employment growth, which is the result of many factors including economic reform, industrial structure adjustment, and technological advancement. This article chooses to explain the phenomenon from the perspectives of labor demand and supply and government regulation, on which basis it comes up with policy suggestions.
