正交试验法优化珍珠菜中总皂苷提取工艺

The Optimization of Extraction Technique of Total Sapponin in Lysimachia clethroide Duby by Othogonal Test Method

目的：优选珍珠菜中总皂苷提取工艺。方法：以齐墩果酸为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定总皂苷含量，用L9（3^4）正交设计法优化醇提工艺。结果：最优提取工艺为70％乙醇提取3次，第1次12倍量，第2次10倍量，第3次8倍量，每次1．5h。结论：优化的提取工艺简便易行，稳定可靠。

Objective： To optimize the extraction technique of total sapponin in Lysimachia clethroide Duby （LCD）. Methods： Using UV spectrophotometry to determine the amount of total sapponin. The extraction technique was optimized by the orthogonal test. Results： The optimized extraction technique was to use 70% alcohol, for 3 times, 12 times of quantity （1 st time）, 10 times of quantity （2 nd time）and 8 times of quantity （3 rd time）（ 1.5 h per time）. Conclusion： The optimized extraction technique is steady and reliable.
