摘要
通过有限元软件ANSYS,分别计算了启动和稳态操作情况下,加氢反应器筒体的温度分布和应力分布。结果表明,加氢反应器筒体堆焊层会随着温度上升产生应力集中,同时堆焊层对筒体基层应力分布也会产生一定影响。
The stress and temperature distribution were computed by the finite element software ANSYS for the two instances of steady operation and starting-up. The results showed that there would be stress concentration on overlay of hydrogenation reactor with rise of temperature, and the overlap will affect the stress distribution of the cylinder base layer.
