摘要 介绍了活性炭吸附解吸油气回收技术中国石化北京燕山分公司装油站台应用的原理和工艺流程.并对实际运行过程中存在的技术瓶颈进行了分析,成功开发出了平衡型密闭气体回收罩技术。解决了油气回收时装车口密闭性差的历史难题。取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。活性炭吸附解吸油气回收技术在石油石化企业具有良好的推广价值和发展前景。 The application of active carbon absorption-desorption process for oil vapor recovery in the oil loading platform of SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company and process flow are described, and the technical bottleneck in operation is analyzed. The balanced closed hood technology for oil vapor recovery has been developed, which has solved the difficult problem of poor sealing in tank car loading operation. Good economic and social benefits have been achieved. The technology has a good market and development prospect in petrochemical industry.
