苯在含油污泥固化材料中的扩散性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用切片采样、萃取、紫外分析法研究了时间、温度、湿度及水泥/砂(质量比)对苯在含油污泥固化材料中扩散性质的影响。结果表明:在25 d内,随着时间的推移,在纵向、横向的扩散量逐渐加大。其中以10 d以内的扩散量增幅较大,同时横向的扩散量大于纵向;超过15 d后,扩散量增幅逐渐减弱。在25~50℃内,随着放置温度的升高,在同一层位的扩散量加大。当湿度由25%增大到70%时,放置湿度增大,扩散量降低。当水泥/砂子由2:1降低到1:2时,由内层向外的扩散量逐渐加大。 The impacts of parameters including time, temperature, humidity and the ratio of sand and cement on the diffusion behavior in the solidification of oily sludge were investigated by using slice sampling, extraction and UV spectrophotometer. The experimental results indicated that the volume of benzene diffusion increased linearly with time both in longitude and latitude within 25 days. The amplitude of benzene diffusion within first 10 days was most distinct and greater in latitude than in longitude. As the time went beyond 15 days, the benzene diffusion increased more mildly. The diffusion volume was increased with the increment of temperature under the temperature range of 25 - 50℃ and with the reduction of the ratio of sand and cement under the range of 2 -1/2, and reduced with the increment of humidity under the a temperature range of 25% -70%.
