全面协同促进重庆竞技体育水平发展

Make a Concerted effort in All Respects to Promote the Athletics Development of Chongqing

通过文献资料法、调查访问等方法,揭示当前重庆市竞技体育发展存在的主要问题。指出单靠重庆竞技体育发展某一因素的孤立运作是不能真正发展重庆竞技体育的。提出了通过建立竞技体育协同发展模型,即以各因素构成的子系统的全面协同来促进重庆竞技体育水平发展的设想:明确协调目标;全面协同;明确权责驯;建立信息共享平台。

By the methods of literature research and investigation, this paper analyses the main problems existing in the development of competitive sports in Chongqing. It points out that the municipality can not develop athletic sports by some element operating alone. By building a synergetic model of the city＇s athletics development, the authors make an assumption that the city can catch up with and surpass the advanced level of competitive sports by total coordination among such sub -systems as objective, responsibility, and resource sharing.
