摘要 以交联壳聚精为载体.制备了绞股蓝总皂甙缓释微球,考察了壳聚精浓度、绞股蓝总皂甙/壳聚精配比及交联时间等因素对微球的制备和溶出度的影响.结果表明:此缓释微球在水和人工胃液中均具有显著的缓释作用.微球的收率达90%以上. The use of chitosan microspheres as a means to achieve sustained release of gynosaponin was studied in this paper. Several factors which effect the preparation of microspheres and the drug release rate directly, for example,the concentration of chitosan,the content- ratios and the cross-linking time of gynosaponin and chitosan were also studied .The experiment indicated that the drug release rates of gynosaponin chitosan microspheres both in water and in artificial gastric juice were controlled effectly. The yield of microspheres was over 90 percent.
