PCC—聚凝净在感冒退热冲剂制备中的研究与应用

Application of PPC-Juningjing during Preparation of Ganmaotuire Granules

研究了PCC—聚凝净在感冒退热冲剂制备中的应用，并从指标成分和工艺等方面与水醇法进行了比较，分析了影响聚凝作用的主要因素，结果表明；PCC—聚凝净可作为一种新型精制中药液的聚凝剂，聚凝法可较好地保留中药有效指标成分．在感冒退热冲剂中，可代替水醇法。

The application of PCC-Juningjing in the preparation of Ganmaotuire Granules was studied and compared with the water-alcohol extracting method in index component and preparation procedure. The main factor effecting flocculent action was investigated. The experiment result indicated that PCC-Juningjing could be used as a kind of new flocculating agent for clarifying liquid of Chinese materia medica. The flocculent method could retain the active index component of Chinese materia medica better and replace the water-alcohol extracting method in the preparation of Ganmaotuire Granules.
