超高效液相—串联质谱法测定动物组织中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量 被引量:10

Determination of the nitrofuran metabolite residues in animal tissues by uplc-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 用盐酸水解动物组织,酸性环境下用对硝基苯甲醛作衍生剂,离心过滤,SPE富集纯化,乙腈—乙酸铵、甲酸溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,5min内完成一次分离测定;采用4个同位素内标法定量,定量限为0.1,0.5μg/kg加标回收试验8次,回收率为90%~110%。 Animal tissues is hydrolyze with hydrochloric acid and simultaneous derivatization with 2-nitrobenzaldehyde (2-NBA) in acid medium. Centrifuge samples,then Filter, the filtrate was cleaned up with SPE. The analytes were separated and analysed by gradient elation of acelonitrileammonium acelate and fomic acid in 5 minutes, quantification of analyle was performed by using isotope as the internal standard. The limits of quantification were no more than 0. 1 μg/kg, reeovery ratio ranged from 90% to 110% at the levels of 0.5 μg/kg.
