摘要
综述燕麦β-葡聚糖在降血脂、调节血糖、促进肠道益生菌增值及预防结肠癌、免疫调节等方面的功能。
In this paper, the biological effects on lowering of blood lipids, regulation of blood glucose levels, promotion of the growth of beneficial gut microflora and reduetion in risk of colorectal cancer, modulating the immunity of oat β-glucan were reviewed.
