烟台地区军队离退休老干部执行功能调查研究

Survey of the executive functions of the retired military veteran cadres in Yantai City

摘要 目的调查分析烟台地区军队离退休老干部的执行功能状况,为老年人的认知功能保健提供理论依据。方法对烟台地区322例军队离退休老干部(实验组)和247例健康体检的地方退休老干部(对照组),进行执行功能调查,包括连线测验A(TMT-A)、听觉词语记忆测验(AVMT)、言语流畅性测验(VFT)、画钟测验(CDT)。结果实验组和对照组TMT-A<100s完成者分别为208例和192例,在100~300s内完成者103例和53例,不能完成者11例和2例;AVMT得分:AVMT1分别为(2.81±1.51)分和(4.19±1.54)分、AVMT2(4.83±1.63)分和(6.31±1.61)分、AVMT3(5.76±1.88)分和(7.38±1.93)分,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);而两组在AVMT4~6、VFT、CDT得分的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论烟台地区军队离退休老干部执行功能有不同程度下降,执行功能调查可作为其神经心理健康评估筛查常用方法。 Objective To survey the executive functions of the retired military veteran cadres in Yantai City in order to offer theoretical basis for the constitution of the cognitive ability care policy for the aged. Methods 322 retired military veteran cadres in Yantai City served as test group, and 247 age-matched subjects without disease served as control group. Executive functions were evaluated by means of trail making test(TMT),auditory verbal memory test(AVMT), verbal fluency test (VFT) and clock drawing test (CDT). Results In test group and control group, for TMT,208 and 192 subjects passed within 100 seconds,103 and 53 passed in 100 to 300 seconds, 11 and 2 could not respectively. Scores of AVMT1 were(2.81±1.51) and (4.19±1.54),AVMTe were(4.83±1.63) and (6.31±1.61),AVMT3 were (5.76±1.88) and (7.38±1.93),respectively. There was significant difference between test group and control group( P〈0. 05) ,while no significant difference of AVMT1-6, VFT and CDT between the two groups. Conclusion Certain decrease in executive functions was found in the retired military veteran cadres. Executive function survey can be used as a popular method for the screening and evaluating mental health state of veteran cadres.
